Starting with the family inn created in 1872, Georges Blanc, renowned chef and visionary businessman, has built an empire of the senses with its accommodation, its luxury spa, its shops dedicated to tableware, gourmet products and a magnificent cellar (one of the world’s most impressive with over 130,000 bottles from 3,000 vineyards). The cuisine is, of course, at the heart of this village dedicated to a friendly welcome. Georges Blanc, surrounded by his sons, continuously gives us a fresh take on local cuisine through creations such as the crêpes Vonnassiennes, the Chartreuse asparagus with crab and caviar or the famous Bresse chicken.
