The cuisine is, of course, at the heart of this village dedicated to a friendly welcome. Georges Blanc, surrounded by his sons, continuously gives us a fresh take on local cuisine through creations such as the crêpes Vonnassiennes, the Chartreuse asparagus with crab and caviar or the famous Bresse chicken.
